A comprehensive physical exam
An oral exam to check teeth and gums
Canine vaccinations based on risk assessment, age and health status
Feline vaccinations based on risk assessment, age and health status
Intestinal parasite exam
Heartworm test
Weigh-in
Wellness blood and urine baseline screen if needed
Professional dental cleaning if needed

Senior Wellness Exams (include everything above, and then some)
Arthritis screening (1 in 5 dogs develop arthritis)
Weight control if needed
Recommendations for exercise changes
Senior wellness blood and urine screen
Additional diagnostics based on age, health status and breed such blood pressure check, glaucoma test, EKG, etc.
